My Last Fair Deal Gone Down cd keeps skipping, and there's not a scratch on it. Which leads me to believe, that it's the cd player. It makes sense, I guess.. but it's still insanely confusing. It's in the third slot, and for some reason, when I shut the player off after the third cd has played, it won't put the cd down, it holds it. I didn't realize this until one of my cds got stuck inside the player so the thing wouldn't slide shut. I had to flip it upside down and shake it out, which couldn't have been good for the player. And it's so heavy! Or I'm just a baby. Anyway, the third tray has been causing problems lately, but it shouldn't make a difference what tray it is, right?

Maybe it's just a coincidence. Or maybe I need a new cd player.. it's only a few years old though. There aren't any scratches on the cd, but there's, like, a mark. It's hard to describe it, other than 'it's not a scratch,' but it kind of looks like a heat mark.. I don't know.. like, it's not melted but it's kind of blurred in a certain spot.. from the center of the cd to the outside. But it can't be causing the problem because only the first two songs seem to skip. I don't know. Whatever. If I have to buy that cd again, it'll be like, the third time.. and total of about $70 on three copies of the same cd. Every Katatonia cd I have gets messed up in one way or another and I have to buy it again. If I didn't have so much respect for the band, I'd download it.

Oh well.. that's all I have right now. Exciting, eh?
